Zero arithmetic.
Fifteen reds, six colours and every rule of the game, built in. SideSpin knows what's on next, keeps the break and the points left, and tells the player behind how many snookers they need. Free balls, foul values and the re-spotted black included.

Tap the ball that went in. SideSpin lights only what's on next, keeps the break, and shows the lead, the points left and the snookers needed. When the last ball drops, the frame is scored and saved.
Leave the board alone and it becomes a scoreboard the whole room can read. Every few seconds it turns to the state of the frame: who's behind, by how much, and what's left.
Every shot you tap becomes part of the record. These screens come from one player's real data, including a 325-frame rivalry. Names changed.
Most frames need nothing more than a tap per ball. When a match deserves the full record, every foul can carry what it was, what it's worth and whether it was a miss, to the standard a referee would keep. Standard keeps that detail one double-tap away; Tournament asks for it on every foul.
The official rules, built in.
Both scoring modes follow the WPBSA rules and only accept legal shots. Standard keeps it to one tap a foul; Tournament records every detail a referee would.
A red, then a colour.
While reds are on the table, SideSpin expects a red and then a colour. Once the reds are gone, it walks you through the colours in order: yellow to black.
Fouls are worth what they should be.
A foul is worth at least four, or the value of the ball on or the ball involved if that's higher. The foul tiles start at the right value, so you can't award too little.
Free balls and misses.
When a foul leaves the next player snookered, a free ball is offered. Call a miss with the foul (Tournament asks every time), and a tied frame goes to a re-spotted black.
Snookers required, always visible.
The board shows the lead, the reds left and the points remaining on one line, so the player behind knows exactly what they need.
